She has successfully delivered more than 100 architectural projects across London and surrounding areas.
Her expertise spans a wide range of services—including house extensions, loft conversions, change of use to HMOs, small commercial conversions, drop kerbs, build-over agreements, and planning representations.
She’s known for helping clients navigate the often complex and time-consuming legal side of planning permissions, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Academically, Sabitha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from JNTU (India), a Master’s in Urban Planning from CEPT University (Ahmedabad), and a Master’s in Geographical Information Systems from Birkbeck, University of London.
